Pool, foosball, ping pong, air hockey — game rooms where kids unwind, take turns, and just get to be kids.
Two pool tables, foosball, ping pong, and air hockey live in our open game rooms. Kids come here after school, between sessions, on weekends — to play, to laugh, to lose graciously and try again.
Play teaches things therapy cannot reach the same way: patience, taking turns, reading a friend's mood, handling a loss without melting down. The game rooms do quiet work all day long.
A walk through the tables, the felt, the corners where the games happen.
A pool cue cracks. Someone groans at a missed shot. A kid laughs for the first time in weeks. That is the work too.
