Quiet routines, real dignity.

Clean tile, good light, and enough space — bathrooms designed for the small daily moments that build a child’s sense of self.

Inside our bathrooms

Designed for everyday care.

Each house has shared bathrooms with full-size vanities, tub-showers, and walk-in shower stalls — tiled floor to ceiling, easy to clean, and bright. Mirrors at the right height. Counter space for a toothbrush and a comb.

Brushing teeth, washing your face, taking a shower — these are the rhythms that make a day feel ordered. We built these rooms so a child can take care of themselves with privacy, comfort, and a little bit of pride.

The small rooms matter too.

A clean, quiet bathroom is part of how a child learns to take care of themselves. It’s ordinary — and that’s the point.
